Corporate Benefits Alliance (CBA) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors. We understand that the information our customers and visitors provide on our website (the “Site”) is of the utmost importance and we know it is crucial that we protect their information. CBA has created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to our customer’s and visitor’s privacy on the Site and to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices to our customers and visitors. We will provide notification of any change to our policy at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

Information Collected:
For each visitor to our Site, our Web server automatically recognizes the customer’s domain name and e-mail address where possible.

We collect the domain name and e-mail address, where possible, of visitors to our Site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages customers access or visit, information volunteered by the customer, such as survey information and/or Site registrations, user name, password, name and address, and payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address) for paid accounts, and confirmation of license agreement. We also collect the social security number or employer identification number of our affiliates where necessary for tax reporting requirements. We also collect and use metadata about our customers (i.e. how many requests are issued, how many collections created, etc.).

The information we collect is used to set up the CBA service for individuals and their organizations. It is also used to improve the content of our Site, used to customize the content and/or, layout of our Site for each individual visitor and used to allow access to the CBA service. However, customer email addresses and customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties.

Cookies:
We use cookies to store visitor preferences, record session information, such as items that customers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, record past activity at our Site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our Site, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads (if any), customize Web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

Sharing of Information:
We only share pertinent information with credit card companies in connection with and only as necessary to provide the CBA service for paid customers. We will not use or share information in your application for services for any purpose unless (i) you request it, or (ii) it is required by law. Correcting and Updating Information:

Upon request, we provide Site customers with access to the financial information (e.g., credit card account information) that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Customers can access this information online and correct any inaccuracies themselves. However, User names may not be changed at this time.

Security:
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from visitors at our Site. Children’s Privacy Policy:

CBA does not target its services to and does not knowingly collect any personal information from, users under 13 years of age.

Corporate Benefits Alliance’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Corporate Benefit Alliance’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Corporate Benefits Alliance. All other trademarks not owned by Corporate Benefits Alliance that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Corporate Benefits Alliance.

Patents
One or more patents owned by Corporate Benefits Alliance or its affiliates may apply to this Site and to the features and services accessible via this Site.
